Designate users that can review and approve forms
The Forms application allows organizations to create workflows incorporating the ability to quality check the content of a form. Designated approvers can make revisions, approve, and reject forms that are submitted. Once a form is approved, its content populates a new record in the associated database.
Navigate to the Permissions pane within the Forms app to see a list of who within your organization can be a designated approver of a form.
From here click the admin bar on the right-hand side to indicate who should approve the form. Those marked as admins will receive an email notification when a new form is ready for review if they have the notifications bar checked and highlighted green.
