Searching for Users

How to view and filter your account user list

To view a list of users within your account: 

  1. Access the Manage Users page by clicking on the name of your account in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Under Organization Settings select Manage Users.

The search bar located near the top of the page can be used to filter the user list by a name or email address. The search tool is particularly useful when dealing with a large user list. 

User Filter

Once you have found the user information, you can update permissions or remove the user.

If the desired user is not found and has not previously created a user profile within your account, they can be invited as a new user
