View and complete your private forms and forms created by others that have been shared across your organizational account
My Forms will be the first thing you see when you open the Forms Application. Each form that either you have created, or someone in your organization has created and shared with others will be available here.
To complete a form, simply click on the form block with the name of the form you need to fill out, and complete each of the requested fields.
"Your name" and "Your email address" are marked with an asterisk as they are required for each form submission.
Once you've completed the form, click the submit button which will generate an automatic notification to the form admin(s). Based on the selected form settings, the complete form will either be sent to the pending queue for review and approval/rejection, or it will bypass the queue and populate the associated database with your response.
If desired, the form admin(s) may notify you if the form has been approved or rejected.
Just like the rest of the Pitchly Platform, My Forms operates in real-time. All changes made by an Admin to a form will update as soon as an admin clicks save.
