Add a New Record

How to create a new row or record within a database.

To perform this task, your account will need Read & Write permission.

New records can be viewed immediately by users in your team once they are saved.

To create a new record

  1. Click the "New Row" button in the Main View database display. (3)
  2. Enter the information within each field and add any applicable attachments.

  3. Click the big blue Create button to add your row to the database.


Each new row you add is fully editable by any teammates that also have Read & Write permissions. To see a video detailing these steps, please reference the following:
